Welcome to the Self-Assessment Questionnaire on key competences for sustainable and future-ready work in agriculture and rural development.
Taking this self-assessment helps you understand which competences are most relevant today and where you may need to grow in order to stay aligned with the evolving demands of the labour market, as it reflects current trends and tools in the agricultural sector.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This tool is designed to help you:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Reflect on your current skills and knowledge<\/li>\n
  • Identify areas of strength and areas for improvement<\/li>\n
  • Receive guidance for developing a personal learning pathway<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    \n

    It is based on three official European competence frameworks<\/strong>, adapted for agricultural learners and professionals:<\/p>\n

    • Digital Competence Framework (DigComp)<\/li>\n
    • Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (EntreComp)<\/li>\n
    • European Sustainability Competence Framework (GreenComp)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

      A total of 18 sub-competences<\/strong> have been selected for inclusion, based on their direct relevance to the six programme modules:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        5 Groups in Agricultural Extension<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n

        6 Robotics in Agriculture<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
