This course provides basic training in microscopy for water and environmental sample analysis. Participants learn proper microscopy techniques, microorganism identification (bacteria, algae, protozoa, etc.), and their significance as bioindicators of water quality. The course caters to beginners, those returning to the field (false beginners), and potentially experienced biologists/laboratory technicians in testing laboratories. The curriculum aligns with ČSN standards (especially ČSN 75 7712 and ČSN 75 7713) and meets the training requirements for workers in testing laboratories according to ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
