A Hybrid Human–AI Personalised System is an intelligent tutor which is a semi-automated system that guides each learner through a tailored learning journey. The system includes two core components:

  • A content-trained chatbot using natural language processing (NLP) to provide real-time learner support and interaction.

  • A structured self-assessment questionnaire aligned with the DigComp, EntreComp, and GreenComp frameworks.

  • Rule-based logic mapping learner scores to adaptive feedback.
