Learning Outcomes (LOs)
Participants will gather the skills invloved in the milking process such as cluster attachment technique, washing up and overall milking routine. They will be able to make impromptu decision relating to mastitis treatment/prevention and identification of other ilnesses.
LOs Assessment
Specifically trained tutors will go through theory and practical over 2 days along with an overall assessment to award the learner with QQI level 6 certificate in Milking Process Technique.

Recognition procedure
Successful participants will receive a level 6 component award in Milking Process Technique. This certificate is recognized by the Republic of Ireland.
